1. How to Order?
Email your order to mydaintycottage@gmail.com
Please include the following details:
- Product Code Number
- Quantity
- Name of Buyer/Recipient
- Delivery Address
- Contact Number
with shipping charges. Please contact DC if you did not receive any feedback within 2 days ( your
email might have end up in the Junk or who knows where ^-^ ) Payment shall be made within
3 days from the date of the quote. Any unpaid orders will be cancelled after that and released to
other customers.
2. Payment Method
DC accept payment through Maybank & CIMB.
Account number will be include in the quote.
Please email to DC the transaction details after payment have been made.
( bank name, date, time, reference no., amount & quote no. for Online Banking )
( scan/photograph copy of transaction slip & quote no. for ATM / Counter Banking)
* Items will only be shipped out after DC received the payment.
3. Shipping & Tracking Your Parcel
DC uses Pos Laju services for sending out your orders.
Generally, the charges are as below -
RM 6.00 for the 1st 500g (Peninsula Malaysia)
RM 9.00 for the 1st 500g (Sabah)
RM 10.00 for the 1st 500g (Sarawak)
* Parcels who weighs >500g will need to top up. DC will let you know the total cost.
You can track and trace your shipment here .
If you would like other means of shipping please do let me know. I will try to arrange for
it if possible.
** Please note that DC will not be responsible for any lost or damage to the items
during the delivery process.
4. Pricing
Prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and does not include shipping fees.
Also, DC strives to give the best pricing thus all prices shown are final & not negotiable.
5. Refunds / Exchange
Strictly no refunds or exchange. All items will be checked and packed carefully before send out.
In cases where DC made a mistake and send out the wrong items , DC will bear all shipping
charges for you to return the items (in good condition and not used) and sent the correct items
to you. Please email DC for further inquiries.
6. Fabrics Cut
All fabrics are hand cut. Thus, there may be a slight difference of 1 ~ 3 cm.
Fabric Measurement : Most fabrics are 44-45 inches wide unless stated otherwise.
1 yard = 90cm x 110cm
1/2 yard = 45cm x 110cm
1/4 yard = 45cm x 55cm (Fat Quarter)
7. Disclaimer
DC will try its best to present pictures that are as realistic as possible but due to different monitor
settings & lightings, actual item colours may differ slightly from picture.
Some pictures are taken from the Web so please inform DC if there is any copyright issue.
